Name of Anti-virus installed
Name of Firewall used
Names of anti-malware used
Problem program (if needed)
Problem description and when/how occuring
We would appreciate any help you can provide regarding the above to help us to solve your problems quickly. If you don't know all of this information, don't worry, we're still here to help you, but including as much as you know can help tremendously.

Sound: Creative SB X-fi, Sound Max Integrated,
Security
AVG internet security suite for Win7 - AVG free for WIn XP, Have SuperAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D and spyware blaster on both Os's, alo running Hosts file and Win Patrol (Scotty) for both. HJT is also installed on both OS's
I also back up total system before each MS monthly update to an external hard drive
