TERMS OF USE
The following Terms of Use (ToU) governs the availability and use of the services offered by Community-Feedback.com to all visitors, members, and others, and applies to all services owned and/or operated by Community-Feedback.com, including any affiliated websites. By using the services offered by Community-Feedback.com, the user agrees that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth within this document.
This document may be updated, added to, or otherwise modified at the sole discretion of the management of Community-Feedback.com without prior notice. Your continued use of the services offered constitutes your further agreement to abide by any changes made. The most current version of this document will be available on the Community-Feedback.com website.
AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE SERVICES
Community-Feedback.com makes no guarantee of the availability, security, usability, or accuracy of any service offered, and all access is provided on an “AS-IS” basis.
To participate fully, users are required to register. Personal information gathered at the time of registration will not be shared or otherwise divulged without the user’s consent unless required by law.
Community-Feedback.com reserves the right to limit, refuse, or terminate access to any individual or entity for any reason, including none at all, without prior notice. In the event that an individual or entity is refused access or terminated, any material provided may or may not continue to be made available to other users and visitors.
Individuals are allowed only one user account. Persons who register multiple user accounts may have any or all of their accounts terminated. The registration of any user to impersonate an individual or entity is forbidden and any such accounts will be removed and/or disabled. User names are provided on a first come, first serve basis, no guarantee is made that a particular user name will be available.
Users that wish to no longer participate in the use of the services made available by Community-Feedback.com may do so by emailing their termination request to administrators@community-feedback.com. Please include the user name of your account to be terminated. Verification of account ownership will be required prior to termination.
FORUMS AND USER SUPPLIED CONTENT
Community-Feedback.com makes no representation about the suitability or accuracy of any statement or data contained on it’s website, in discussion forums, user supplied content areas, or affiliated sites. All content is provided “AS-IS” without warranty, expressed or implied. Community-Feedback.com, it’s administrators, staff, or members shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the use of content contained on any Community-Feedback.com website, discussion forum, or affiliated website.
Due to the real-time nature of the Community-Feedback.com website and forums it is impossible for us to review or confirm the validity of all information posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information contained in these areas. All content supplied by users are the opinions and views of that user, and not necessarily that of Community-Feedback.com, its staff, or other users. All users are solely responsible for all content they provide and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Community-Feedback.com, it agents, and other users with respect to any content that they have provided, or otherwise made available.
All users agree that they will not use Community-Feedback.com provided services to:
- Make statements or provide information that is knowingly false, defamatory, abusive, vulgar, threatening, libelous, or in violation of any applicable law, regulation or rule.
- Distribute any copyrighted material without the express written permission of the copyright holder.
- Invade or otherwise make available other users, or individuals private and confidential information.
- Use the services provided to sell, advertise, or otherwise promote any commercial product or service without the prior consent of the management of Community-Feedback.com
- Embed or upload any nude or other explicit adult oriented material to any area of Community-Feedback.com.
- Use any information or material contained on the websites for personal or commercial uses without the prior written consent of Community-Feedback.com. This includes using user personal contact information for solicitation of products, services, instant messaging, or other forms of contact.
Community-Feedback.com reserves the right to censor, edit, or delete any message, or user supplied content for any or no reason at all. Users and visitors who find any material that is in violation of these Terms of Use are encouraged to report any such activities to administrators@community-feedback.com, or use the post report button where available. Please provide any supporting documentation, or other information that will help to quickly identify the offending material.
Community-Feedback.com reserves the right to archive, redistribute, or otherwise make available any user supplied content provided in print, electronic or any other form of media.
PRIVATE MESSAGING SYSTEM
Some Community-Feedback.com websites and services include the use of a Private Messaging system. Community-Feedback.com does not guarantee the security or privacy of any messaging system that may be provided. Under normal circumstances, Community-Feedback.com will not invade the privacy of an individual user unless complaints have been received that the user is using the private message services in violation of the Terms of Use, or as required by law.
ADVERTISING
We forbid the use of the services provided to advertise any product or service without prior approval from Community-Feedback.com. A link to your personal, non-commercial website may be included in the "Your website URL" field of your profile. Under no circumstances may you include a URL, active or not, in your Signature.
OTHER POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Other policies and procedures may be implemented at any time and users agree to comply or terminate the use of the services offered. Additional policies and procedures, if any will be made available on the Community-Feedback.com website.
DMCA VIOLATION REPORTING
If you believe that a person is using our services or computer network to violate your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property, then please direct your complaint to administrators@community-feedback.com. Please note that if you are submitting a notice of a copyright violation, you must comply with specific procedures in order to require Community-Feedback.com to address the alleged violation. Please review the DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT for further information.
INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Community-Feedback.com, their affiliates and each of their respective administrators, moderators, and agents (each an "Indemnified Party") against any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, actions, proceedings, judgments, or any and all costs thereof (collectively, "Losses") to which an Indemnified Party may become subject and which Losses arise out of, or relate to this agreement, User's use of the Services, breach of any confidentiality obligation or any alleged infringement of any trademark, copyright, patent or other intellectual property right and will reimburse an Indemnified Party for all legal and other expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by such Indemnified Party, in connection with investigating, defending, or settling any Loss, whether or not in connection with pending or threatened litigation in which such Indemnified Party is a party.
